Bellingham provides a hub for internationally-acclaimed seafood. At Bellingham SeaFeast 2016 patrons enjoyed a wide variety. Crab merus. Sushi and albacore sashimi. Oysters, both on the half-shell and grilled, and prawns, and Dungeness crab. Fresh fillets of salmon, halibut, black cod, and more.
We also staged the premier of a Sea-to-Plate film, The Servants of the Salish Sea. And, we introduced our first “Living Legacies” of the Bellingham Waterfront, applauded the “Skill of the Grill” salmon BBQ champions….and ate some more seafood.
