Please read all of the Food Vendor Guidelines and the Toward Zero Waste Information on the Bellingham SeaFeast website before submitting this application. You may also print the Guidelines for your reference.   

Next Steps:   
July 28 – Acceptance notification sent.
Aug. 18 – Booth Fee due if accepted.
Sept. 1  - Notification Packet (booth assignment, load-in/load-out details, etc.) sent

Application Instructions:

  1. You must enter something in every field marked with a red asterisk.
  2. Click SUBMIT at the bottom of the page when your application is complete.

PLEASE NOTE:  Once you start the application, you must complete it as there is not an option to save it.  Please browse the required information so you have everything you need when you start the application.
